You are really going to hate it when it becomes your permanent home.

I still think she'll pick the house over the camper.

I don't like what people call "camping" either, being in a trailer right next to another guy in a trailer, who's next to another trailer. Gimme about 25 acres between me and the other guy camping and that's fine. Why would I want to vacation right next to some one? it's a smaller version of the neighbors I want to get away from. An ideal camp ground would be all caves about a half a mile away from eachother.

There's a "campground" near me...... What a joke!

Just like you said. Theya re packed in like Sardines.....maybe in an area of 3 or 4 acres.

The front row of idiots block the view of the river for everyone else.

There are a few smart people that actually LIVE there. They don't own homes. It's cheap rent, etc.

My neighbors are really close to my house, but at least I don't have to hear or smell their farts like it is at the "campground."

I toured this beast the other night with Phil and his wife, it's in great shape. I can see them both reading the Campround Gazette with a cup of Earl Grey. LOL. Seriously, it looks pretty much untouched inside. Better than some things I've gotten for free.

I noticed that in the pictures. Really clean looking.

Does it have A/C?

Yeah it has A/C....I'm right there with you guys about being packed in like sardines. She laughs cause i say I want to live on the side of a mountain near no one....she doesn't understand why I want to live like that but I hate camping.....DUH.....people.....and I'd be in MY cabin on the mountain. It is clean and it needs a good bath and the new holding tank and some paint on the frame but it's workable and it was free. I had a couple guys tell me today that with those tip outs this thing is NOT a travel trailer. It's not meant to be towed around. The frame is smaller on these as they are meant to be set up permanently and not moved around on a regular basis.

Guess you'll have to have it "air lifted" into the mountain camp site....
